Because the tickets it dispenses are fully valid, active tickets, not vouchers, customers can go directly from their car to the ski lifts.
Eric Flynn, President of Liberty Mountain Resort said “We’re always looking for new ways to serve our customers and this system will allow them to spend more time where they want to be – skiing or boarding. We also believe that Livewire’s kiosks in retail environments will help us to introduce skiing and snowboarding to people we could not otherwise reach.” In addition to the three Pennsylvania resorts, Snow Time Inc. also owns and operates the Windham Mountain Resort in New York.
According to Rick Capozzi, Livewire’s VP of Business Development, “We are delighted to have Ski Roundtop, Whitetail Mountain and Liberty Resort as “anchor tenant” for this year’s winter season rollout in Pennsylvania. These highly regarded resorts are always one step ahead in providing convenience and service to their ski and snowboarding customers and we are happy to help provide additional service to their customers.”
Livewire’s ticketing kiosks are placed in high-traffic retail stores in Colorado, Utah, Nevada, California, Pennsylvania and New England. They dispense tickets to a wide variety of events year round.
